We collect information you provide directly to us when you apply for financing or contact us — including name, email, phone number, company name, GSTIN, PAN and annual turnover. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Your information is used to evaluate your financing application, share it with our partner lenders (RBI-regulated NBFCs and scheduled commercial banks), communicate with you about your application, and comply with legal obligations.
We share your information only with: (a) our partner lenders for credit evaluation, (b) credit bureaus as required by law, and (c) service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit and AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls and periodic security audits.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@credfund.in.
